The Mental and Physical Benefits of Outdoor education; Webinar by @LEAF

We know it is better for children to be outside. This tells you the science!
My Granny in Fermoy would send us out the door after breakfast and we were only allowed in the house for meals and to come in at bedtime.
If it rained we were to find amusement in under the canopy of trees at the edge of the farm or in a cabin we made in a horse trough or in the haybarn.
Congratulations to @RachelGeary of @LEAF and her team for this great work!

For those that couldn’t join the webinar with LEAF Coord., Rachel Geary & Enviro. Health Psychologist Freddie Lymeus, on the links between natural settings & increased positive mental & physical health, you can watch it here.
