It was a great thrill when the warden could find space at Jugendherbergen in Deutschland Bonn for a local apple tree gift from Ireland at the front door. I hope it is growing well. – has anyone visited in the meantime? As you can see there were already lots of trees around this stunning centre but everyone loves an apple tree and thank you Plant-for-the-Planet Deutschland (Official) for sponsoring a second matching local apple tree and organising the delivery. It was lovely to honour @felixfinkbeiner’s original choice of tree for his school. Another two for the tree counter, I will add ours, I’m doing track-and-trace on all our trees planted last season now to confirm our count on the app! What about our Vallecrosia lemon tree from 2018. Now we will need one for this year, what species will we pick?
