I like the idea of #30 days wild in the classroom with the Wildlife Trust. Starting off with eating wild things and my first attempt at a drink often made my my sister-in-law.
The flowers look to be just right. I must say I do like the idea of Jamie Oliver’s very economical elderflower champagne but that is the next level (requiring a pressurized container) and I really do have a lot of tree-equipment around the house just now, e.g. around 300 pairs of gloves in need of pairing!
