We’re planting in the City this week!

Re; our upcoming planting;

We will meet at the Tolka River Valley Park public pitch and putt club at 9.20 a. m. tomorrow,

Ballyboggan Road, Dublin 11

Tuesday 3^rd Dec. We will finish by 2 on Tuesday, by 2.30 the following day Wed. We plan to proceed rain or shine though if torrential rain is forecast we will postpone by 9 p. m. the previous day. The nearest public transport is the Luas stop at Broombridge.

You will need very warm rainproof clothes and waterproof Wellington or hiking boots and hat.

Refreshment are available at a simple cafe locally, Gringo’s Cantina – coffee and a soup-and-sandwich lunch can be had there and a nice rest in their new, so-comfortable easy chairs. Tools and cotton gloves are supplied though people often like to bring their own.

Tomorrow we will have sessions at 9.15, 11 and 1.10 – 1.40.

The following day will be a similar start, 1.10 and 1.40 with a break mid-morning as the school is having a visit from the Sam Maguire cup. Rain may affect Wednesday’s morning timetable.
