Trees on the Land – News August 2024
Applications for trees are now open.
We’re delighted to announce that applications for trees are now open for the Winter 2024 – Spring 2025 planting project.

This update includes a quick summary of the project.  For more detailed information follow the link at the bottom of the update which will take you to the website and application forms.
Tree Planting Schemes:Trees are available for planting small woodland areas, hedgerows, shelter belts, coppice, parkland, agroforestry, orchards and other tree planting scenarios.
Sponsored Trees: There are sponsored tree schemes for schools, colleges, farms, smallholdings, sports clubs, golf clubs, community groups and councils.  You will find information on these schemes on the application pages of the website.

Gardens: Application Fees:  Application Fees apply to all tree packs for gardens and are based on €1 per tree. Apple trees are more expensive at €20 each.  The smallest tree packs start at €10.  Delivery charges of €20 per order apply to all garden tree pack applications.
Application Deadline: Applications for trees will close at 5pm on Monday 14th October 2024.  This deadline applies to all landowners and tree planting schemes.  Please apply promptly to avoid disappointment – we cannot take any late applications.  We will close applications early if schemes become oversubscribed – don’t leave your application to the last minute!
Delivery of Trees:Trees will be delivered to applicants either by courier, by one of our local helpers or to a local collection point for you to collect.

Deliveries will commence in January 2025 and continue through to early March in order to stagger the work across the winter season.  The majority of deliveries will go out during February and we will give everyone plenty of notice of the delivery before it is dispatched. To make an application:
